Long ago, when Cloud Stryfe destroyed Sephiroth, the Jenova cells inside Sephiroth's body slowly dissolved and returned to the Earth. As the planet attempted to clean itself, the few remaining cells hid themselves in the darkest corner of the world and began a slow and sinister process of regrowth. Over the course of the next seven thousand years they evolved and repaired the damage they had suffered until they had created an unimaginably advanced life form that could destroy anything in its path. This life form is Neo-Sephiroth.
Combining the skills from his past life and his new genetic mutations, Neo-Sephiroth has the power to bend reality and shift time. His current whereabouts are officially unknown, but he is believed to be using his powers to bring together characters from different realities for some sort of "deathmatch". Only time will tell what nightmarish scheme this demon has planned.
